Current and previous projects include:
* Establishing Process Management Systems for manufacturing organizations in a wide range of industries from pre-built housing to microbiological laboratories for major cosmetics and food companies with the aim of ISO9000 certification.
* Using ISO9000 analysis tools we provided consultation on the internal Order and Billing cycles for an advertising agency with the aim of reducing debtor days to below the industry standard.
* Provided editorial and writing services for business management guide books produced by the High Performance Organization for and on behalf of British Standards Institute.
* Helping a telecoms operator to overcome the serious inadequacies in its information system that prevented help-desk operators from dealing effectively with customer calls. A new system was designed and implemented with astonishingly effective results.
* Research project at the University of Nottingham which involved in a industry review of the Food Supply and processing chain with respect to interpretations and consumer views of corporate social responsibility in production.
